Troubleshooting: I was unable to book a meeting successfully via the calendly link

If you were unable to book a meeting through our calendly integration, thank you for persevering and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take the following steps:

  1. Check your junk and spam folders for an auto-email which should allow you to book a meeting 
  2. Re-submit the request via this form
  3. Get in touch via marketing@globalapptesting.com

If you think there's a technical issue

We apologize for any technical issues. Sometimes, the integration between Calendly and Hubspot can fail, or the integration can take a second to fire up, by which time it's possible to move on. This form should work.

If you're otherwise struggling to get in touch

In some cases, the source of the failure is that the user’s email is identified as not real, either by the system or the sales person responsible for booking a meeting. To mitigate the risk of this, ensure the following:

  • Is your email definitely correct?
  • Does it look like a real email? Could a reviewer mistake it for spam? Is it your business email?
  • Do your answers imply you're looking to speak to us for some other reason than to speak to a member of the sales team? If that's you, try this other form
